Job Description

We are now looking for production workers for upcoming assignments at Estrella in Angered. The tasks are within food production, and therefore attention to hygiene, quality, and the environment is required. The work will be varied but will primarily consist of machine operation, assisting, packaging, and in some cases, heavy lifting.

This is a full-time position starting in January/February. The work will be scheduled according to a rotating 5-shift system, meaning you will alternate between working days, evenings, nights, and weekends according to a rolling schedule.

You will be employed by NearYou and work for our client Estrella.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of previous experience in production, preferably within food or cleanroom environments. You need to have completed a high school diploma.

As a person, you are punctual, responsible, and highly engaged in your work. You are organized, have good teamwork skills, and enjoy working independently and being self-driven. It is important that you can handle a fast pace and work towards the company's goals. This is a physically demanding job, and there may be heavy lifting involved, so it is required that you have good physical fitness.

If you enjoy meeting new people and thrive in an environment where you can keep multiple tasks going at the same time, you will enjoy the role with us. You have a good ability to see what needs to be done in your surroundings, and you are flexible. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability. It is a requirement that you have worked in the food industry before and have experience in production work.

You need to be able to work according to a rotating 5-shift schedule. This means you will alternate between working days, evenings, nights, and weekends according to a rotating schedule.

It is also required that you have a forklift license A1-4 and B1.
